Description of Service

KidsStory is an AI-powered platform that lets parents and guardians create personalized, illustrated children's stories. Stories are generated using artificial intelligence and are provided for entertainment and educational purposes only.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Account creation should be performed by an adult. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

Credits & Purchases

Generating a story consumes one credit. Credits may be purchased through the Service. All purchases are processed by our third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you agree to their applicable terms. All sales are final except where required by applicable law.

Acceptable Use

• You may not use the Service to create or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• You may not attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• You may not resell or redistribute the Service or its output commercially without permission.

Intellectual Property & Generated Content

You retain ownership of the story prompts you submit. Stories generated by the Service are created by AI and may be similar to other generated content; we do not guarantee uniqueness. Subject to your rights in your own input, all trademarks, branding, and underlying technology remain the property of KidsStory.

Children's Use

KidsStory is intended for use by parents and guardians on behalf of children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Adults are responsible for supervising children's use of the Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will be suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KidsStory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
